• Respond to incoming inquiries or requests from credit card clients • Make outbound calls to clients to resolve disputes • Educate clients on the dispute handling process • Gather information to process chargebacks • Resolve credit card application inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service • Fluent in French and English • Ability to work independently • Strong communication skills • Flexible to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays • Ability to attend work location within two hours’ notice
