📋 Description

• Develop and lead client relationships focused on brand and talent marketing solutions • Manage revenue and expenses to meet objectives efficiently • Generate original and innovative ideas to drive new solutions and ways of working • Deliver sustainable results and set clear, well-defined objectives • Write strategic creative briefs that meet senior leadership expectations • Measure and maximize ROI across all projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (RPO/In‑House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency) • Ability to produce and analyze data • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to conceptually analyze complex situations and provide practical solutions for a variety of stakeholders
