📋 Description

• Craft and execute development strategies for multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams • Keep player experience and quality central while meeting schedule and budget targets • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables • Identify project risks, adapt strategies, and make rapid decisions • Solve production challenges and make decisive calls under pressure • Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams • Build and empower high-performing teams with clear roles and accountability • Allocate tools, talent, and time to meet development needs • Ensure communication across departments, external partners, and studio leadership • Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration toward a unified vision • Evaluate and refine production processes using agile frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Production within the games industry • Shipped at least one complete AAA game from concept to launch • Track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams • Ability to inspire and rally distributed and diverse teams around a shared vision • Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle and agile frameworks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Thorough understanding of player expectations and quality benchmarks • Ability to critically evaluate game quality from a player's perspective and provide clear, constructive feedback • Working knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Confluence (desirable) • Strong skills in Excel or other data analysis tools (desirable)
