📋 Description

• Work with user research artifacts and reports • Collaborate with user researcher if there are design hypotheses, which requires validation, testing or full research • Collaborating with product team on requirements and planning • Defining usability-proof UX solutions • Creating pixel-perfect high fidelity UI designs for iOS, Android, Web Desktop & Web Mobile • Understanding of Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web guidelines and limitations • Creating interactive clickable prototypes in Figma • Following and maintaining design systems • Controlling the implementation. Ensuring development results are consistent with UX and UI and they perform properly • Being proactive, helping to grow strong UX/UI expertise within the team. Being able to consult on various solutions, keeping up with the latest trends in mobile and web, usability, accessibility and interaction design • Understand which ones could be implemented to improve the product and in what way

🎯 Requirements

• Solid set of skills and experience in UX/UI design. 3+ years is what we have in mind • Strong UI expertise including working with design systems • Understanding user - centered design approach and UX methodologies. Being able to analyze user and business needs to define UX solutions • Portfolio proving this experience • Experience working in Figma - design, prototyping and design system maintenance • Experience in collaboration with designers, developers and product team • Effective communication skills in English – you should be able to elicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions
