• 10+ years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing roles. • Proven ability to stand up growth functions and scale in a fast-paced environment. • Deep expertise in paid UA, attribution, and lifecycle marketing. • Excellent leadership and team building skills. • Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC/LTV modeling and ROAS optimization. • Ability to balance data-driven rigor with creative storytelling. • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable engaging with executives and external partners.
