âą Identify and shape opportunities for AI-enabled improvement âą Redesign work where needed to enhance workflow âą Support delivery in a structured manner with clear outcomes âą Connect business, technical and governance partners for practical improvements âą Measure value and capture learning from AI initiatives âą Support adoption of new ways of working with teams
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, SaaS operations or a similar field. âą Strong ability to understand, map and improve business workflows or operating practices. âą Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes. âą Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk or compliance stakeholders. âą Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation. âą Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy. âą Commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value. âą Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. âą Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, consulting or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
