• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, preferably within the Technology or SaaS industry. • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and proven experience owning the budget, forecast, and financial performance analysis cycle, specifically with revenue forecasting and analysis. • Demonstrated Business Acumen and Operational Analysis Skills: A track record of translating complex financial results into actionable operational insights for commercial and product leaders. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel/Google Sheets. • Technical Data Proficiency: Direct experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or extracting and analyzing data from data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, SQL databases). • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex financial data to non-financial business partners and executive leadership. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
