📋 Description

• Collaborate on modernization journey, design and implement patterns for legacy displacement • Own the architectural vision for legacy displacement, defining patterns, standards, and trade-offs • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, raising the quality bar through design reviews • Build new services and help transition others from GO to Spring • Partner with product managers to form requirements and shape roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of significant backend engineering experience • Deep experience in backend systems and practical expertise in React • Comfortable with event-driven systems and managing system migrations • Strong code quality mindset with robust test suites • Collaborative mindset, actively mentoring and sharing knowledge across the team.
