📋 Description

• Report to the VP, Payments & Enterprise, Americas • Drive adoption and growth across Circle’s product portfolio with key partners, including payments companies, large corporates, financial institutions, and commerce platforms • Bring first-of-kind partnerships from early-stage design through launch, activation, and growth • Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams on onboarding, operations, strategic growth initiatives, escalations, and day-to-day requirements • Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with top accounts • Define comprehensive relationship strategies for each partner, including executive sponsorship, business reviews, product adoption, campaign management, and long-term partner value • Design and execute partner success plans and grow partnership scope and impact • Build partnership launch plans and drive results with leading platform businesses • Develop relationships with signed strategic accounts and provide proactive support and strategy • Provide strategic and consultative direction for regional growth • Enable partner onboarding, manage launch plans, and forecast go-live dates against business goals and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience • Background in Payments, fintech, or digital assets • Familiarity with navigating large, complex Enterprise organizations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development • Ability to develop a deep understanding of partner’s business, goals and use cases • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
