• Own the data analytics and data science efforts for our payments pillar and compliance team • Ensure technical soundness and impactful results from your team • Build structures for an organized and impactful team • Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science • 3+ years managing both reporting functions and analytics/data science functions • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as R or Python • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in payments is highly preferred
