📋 Description

• Guide and promote safe work performance by implementing and evaluating safety processes, policies, and procedures • Work closely with the WC Specialist on potentially fraudulent claims and ensure investigative tools are used in the field • Provide training for field leaders and store employees on behavioral safety practices and inventory control techniques • Identify stores experiencing high losses by analyzing store reports and other tools • Respond to critical incidents, criminal incident reports, catastrophic events, violent weather, and civil disorders; recommend corrective actions • Identify safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying operational and occupational conditions and investigating violations • Investigate misappropriation of assets and coordinate prosecution, corrective action, and restitution • Maintain relationships with law enforcement, civil defense, first aid agencies, and community groups • Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; schedule and complete security assignments; assist with surveillance equipment repairs • Maintain a safe and secure working environment through enforcement of safety practices, information, and training • Increase professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies • Contribute to team objectives by achieving Financial and Key Result Area targets under Company Plan guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred • Background in law enforcement or criminal justice preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in retail business • Knowledge of criminal investigation and safety procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with internal and external partners, including employees, vendors, and law enforcement • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred • Good driving record • Ability to travel • Highly innovative and high energy • Quality leadership skills
