📋 Description

• Find manual processes and automate them end to end • Decide which tasks require judgement versus conventional code • Build tools and validate them before autonomous operation • Improve automation to make it cheaper, faster, and more accurate • Improve the platform used by agents • Collaborate with factory operators, finance, and other stakeholders • Build production AI agents for board inspection, robot programming, factory monitoring, back-office operations, and software development • Develop evaluation, shadow-run, replay, structured-output, sandboxing, and idempotent tool-call systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience putting LLM agents into production and explaining what broke and how effectiveness was measured • Strong software engineering skills, including concurrency, idempotency, data modelling, and security • Experience building evaluations before trusting results • Interest in the physical world, including cameras, robots, and electronics manufacturing • Bonus: computer vision, optimisation, or electronics • Proficiency with TypeScript, Bun, React, Python, FastAPI, Dagster, OpenCV, OR-Tools, PostgreSQL, Nix, NixOS, Nomad, Terraform, Vault, AWS, Modal sandboxes, and OpenTelemetry
