• Manage financial reporting functions across all CIRE funds. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external auditors.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation strongly preferred. • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing, with a substantial portion of that experience in the real estate or REIT industry. • Experience managing and leading financial reporting teams. • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. • Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
