📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings • Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans • Create collaborative partnerships with internal teams • Establish strong rapport with new clients and proactively address their needs and concerns • Work with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences • Provide clear communications and ensure onboarding documentation is current and accurate • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client journey

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of background screening or similar industries (preferred) • Strong focus on client satisfaction, providing timely support and creating effective solutions • Consistently deliver amazing client experiences • Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information constantly • Ability to operate computers, keyboards, copy machines, phones, and other general office equipment
