📋 Description

• Own complex, cross-system software solutions end to end, from architecture through production and ongoing support • Design and ship AI and agentic solutions, including LLM-based automation, retrieval, and workflow orchestration • Set technical standards for architecture patterns, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation • Partner with functional and product owners to turn business problems into durable solutions • Ensure builds meet data integrity, enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory standards • Operate hands-on across the full stack, combining problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder translation • Help build the internal engineering function, shaping practices, architecture, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience • 7+ years building and shipping production software • Deep hands-on engineering with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Next.js, Python, or similar • Fluency in SQL • Experience designing and integrating disparate systems and APIs • Experience deploying on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS • Experience building AI or agentic solutions in production • Experience working with LLMs via API, including prompt design, tool/function calling, and managing cost, latency, and reliability tradeoffs • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices • Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed, and governed environment • Ability to communicate clear technical direction and a practical execution plan • PE-backed or professional services experience preferred
