📋 Description

• Work directly with product engineering teams to understand current delivery practices and identify practical improvement opportunities • Help teams adopt Platform Enablement standards • Support improvements to development workflows, build pipelines, automated checks, release processes, and production readiness • Provide hands-on engineering guidance to remove blockers and enable sustainable progress • Translate central platform guidance into practical actions suited to each product team’s context • Promote safe, reliable, and consistent software delivery practices across Civica • Capture product-team feedback and turn recurring friction points into signals for platform improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CI/CD and automated path-to-production practices • Knowledge of trunk-based development and modern branching strategies • Experience with automated testing, quality gates, and release confidence • Knowledge of build, versioning, promotion, and deployment concepts • Experience with observability, monitoring, and operational readiness • Knowledge of secure software delivery and shift-left controls • Knowledge of infrastructure, environment, and configuration management principles • Understanding of developer experience and engineering enablement • Stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing without direct authority
