📋 Description

• Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined product or major product area • Build, prioritize, and maintain a roadmap informed by customer discovery, Voice of Customer inputs, product usage data • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time • Ensure products meet security, accessibility, data privacy, and regulatory requirements • Conduct ongoing customer discovery, market research, and validation through experimentation • Lead go-to-market activities, including launch planning, enablement, and post-launch optimization • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact • Pioneer AI-powered solutions that solve customer problems • Mentor and guide other product managers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management • Proven experience owning a product roadmap and delivering outcomes across the full product lifecycle • Experience working in agile product development environments • Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps • Comfort partnering closely with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts • Proficiency using AI tools such as generative AI assistants, GPTs • Experience using modern product and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Pendo or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Experience in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Demonstrated success with AI implementation, innovation programs, or emerging technologies.
