📋 Description

• Lead the mobilisation, planning and delivery of complex transformation programmes • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Programme Directors, SROs and executive leadership teams • Conduct discovery and diagnostic activities, developing recommendations, roadmaps and delivery plans • Take ownership of programme outcomes, including scope, schedule, quality, risks and dependencies • Establish and lead effective governance structures, reporting forums and Programme Boards • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, suppliers and partner organisations • Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development • Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to follow-on engagements • Work closely with Civiteq leadership to develop consulting approaches, delivery frameworks and thought leadership • Travel to client sites as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced programme leader with a track record of delivering complex transformation programmes and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or ERP programmes • Experience managing multi-workstream delivery and programme governance • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams • Experience leading consulting or delivery teams in complex environments • Experience managing programme risks, budgets, resources and delivery outcomes • Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills • UK public sector or local government transformation programmes (desirable) • Enterprise technology, cloud or ERP implementations (desirable) • Multi-supplier delivery environments (desirable) • PMO, assurance or programme controls experience (desirable) • Experience contributing to bids, Statements of Work and resourcing plans (desirable) • Experience identifying growth opportunities within client accounts (desirable)
