📋 Description

• Lead complex client engagements and play a key role in the leadership of our delivery teams • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders • Take ownership of programme delivery from discovery through to closure • Help shape Civiteq’s methodologies • Develop our people • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Leading complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor • Owning the planning and delivery of programmes in line with agreed Statements of Work • Conducting discovery and diagnostic work, developing recommendations and delivery plans • Leading programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement • Managing multi‐disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high‐quality outcomes • Identifying and progressing follow‐on opportunities with existing clients • Owning programme financials, ensuring delivery against resourcing and margin expectations • Working closely with other Principal Consultants and Directors on resourcing and delivery planning • Maintaining accurate programme data and reporting • Contributing to Civiteq’s strategic objectives and ways of working • Deep experience across the full programme lifecycle, including: • Programme initiation and business case development • Planning, resourcing and risk management • Agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches • Stakeholder management at senior and executive level • Monitoring delivery, managing change, and closing programmes successfully • Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes is highly desirable. • Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment • Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials • Experience building and maintaining long‐term client relationships • Confidence leading teams and handling challenging delivery environments.
