📋 Description

• Develop competitive EU funding applications • Develop proposal content, structure project concepts, define objectives, activities, work packages, methodologies, and expected impact • Coordinate inputs from clients or consortium partners • Coordinate and monitor EU-funded project activities • Prepare technical and financial reports • Manage project deliverables • Ensure compliance with grant agreement requirements • Support the Funding team with administrative and reporting requirements of EU-funded projects • Collaborate with founders, international partners, and consulting professionals • Help start-ups, SMEs, and corporates scale innovation projects across green tech, AI, circular economy, digital transformation, and other innovative sectors

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in EU funding proposal writing and/or EU-funded project implementation • Experience with at least one relevant EU funding programme, such as Digital Europe (DEP), LIFE, Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), European Innovation Council (EIC), Eurostars, Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, European Defence Fund (EDF), or European Defence Industry Programme (EDIP) • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timeframes • Experience with international consortia and coordinating multiple partners is advantageous • Experience across the full EU funding project lifecycle is advantageous • Experience supporting companies, research institutions, or universities in EU-funded projects is advantageous • Knowledge of EU funding compliance requirements, financial management, or project audits is advantageous • Experience with multiple EU funding programmes is advantageous • Experience limited to Interreg or Erasmus+ is not sufficient for current needs
