📋 Description

• Design and implement end-to-end modern data architectures for scalability, performance, and AI-readiness. • Define data modeling strategies (conceptual, logical, and physical) across multiple systems and domains. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt). • Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows for ingestion, transformation, and analytics. • Define and promote data governance, quality, and security standards. • Collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals. • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices for scalable data infrastructure. • Stay ahead of industry trends in data engineering, AI integration, and cloud-native data platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. • 6+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles. • Proven expertise with modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or equivalent tools. • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and workflow orchestration. • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Redshift). • Experience defining data strategies and architectures for enterprise or AI-driven products. • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices. • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work directly with clients in a consultative setting. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
