📋 Description

• We’re building a talent pipeline for top-tier Senior Frontend Engineers who are eager to shape the future of user-facing experiences at Clara. • As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and implement scalable web applications that are fast, secure, and visually consistent. • You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build features that balance technical excellence with business impact. • Your responsibilities will include: • Building high-quality user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Designing reusable frontend components with a strong focus on performance and scalability. • Integrating with RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless backend communication. • Maintaining visual and functional consistency across multiple applications. • Writing tests with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. • Contributing to deployment and automation flows using Rspack, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines. • Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and component-based architecture • Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with testing frameworks • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and modern development workflows • Experience ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent styling across web applications • Ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development • Working proficiency in English and Spanish • Self-driven, impact-focused, and adaptable to change • Experience with Node.js to enhance frontend-backend collaboration • Familiarity with AWS services like Amplify, S3, and CloudFront • Knowledge of Material UI or similar design systems • Understanding of OAuth, OpenAPI, and Swagger • Background in secure or financial web application development • Interest in using AI tools to accelerate UI development and testing
