📋 Description

• Drive project management, data onboarding coordination, partner communication, and UAT facilitation across the full Ascend implementation lifecycle • Own detailed project plans and critical paths across data onboarding, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live • Manage Sales-to-Implementation intake, validate SOW commitments, align timelines, and onboard delivery teams for kickoff • Maintain RAID logs and lead weekly external client status calls with Red/Amber/Green reporting, milestones, and decisions needed • Manage data partner and vendor relationships, including SFTP/API/EDI setup, sign-offs, partner testing, and data specification review • Coordinate with specialty pharmacies, hubs, specialty distributors, 3PLs, Business Analysts, Customer Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success • Build UAT schedules, distribute test materials, track and route issues, and document client sign-off • Surface implementation risks, scope changes, delays, and blockers; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues • Ensure internal QA gates are completed before client-facing testing • Track implementation activities in Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence • Lead go-live readiness checks and own the transition package to Customer Success • Conduct lessons-learned sessions to improve onboarding, configuration, UAT, handover, and partner communication processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively • Self-starter mindset • Passion and determination about platform solutions and customer success • Excellent organization and communication skills for engaging customer and data partner stakeholders • Prior experience working with technical teams to deliver products • Experience with project management best practices and tools • Hands-on experience with project plan trackers and JIRA/Confluence for technical ticket tracking strongly preferred • 5+ years of experience in a commercial or operational capacity at a specialty pharma/biotech manufacturer, health tech company, or healthcare consulting firm, with exposure to specialty pharmacy channel data, hub operations, or patient support programs preferred • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, implementation, or program management for a SaaS or data analytics platform, including facilitating UAT, client-facing RAG status reporting, and delivery across agile and other methodologies preferred • Ability to travel occasionally • Cover letter required with resume
