• Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, confirm customer requirements and translate them into Clariti solution configurations • Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality • Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes • Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions complementary to Clariti • Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose customer solutions and serve as Clariti software expert for clients • Expertly communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal teams to arrive at technical solutions and validate alignment to best practices and project scope • Support SI partner and Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using Clariti and Salesforce • Use SDLC, Salesforce, and Clariti knowledge to support customers during all phases of implementation projects • Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders • Contribute to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to enhance delivery of customer experiences • Travel up to 25%
• 4+ years of comparable work experience • Experience as a lead, BA or consultant in implementation or configuration projects with Salesforce, or with other tools in the permitting domain • Able to interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer interviews • Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months from the date of hire • Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners/system integrators • Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment • Expert communicator with stakeholders from all levels of an organization • Background checks required (comprehensive; global sanctions and criminal offences relevant to employment)
