📋 Description

• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end user experience of digital products and marketing websites • Work conceptually and iteratively with direction from Design Directors • Execute world-class design for a wide array of clients

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3+ years of digital design experience in an agency setting; • You thrive on solving complex UX problems and possess the strategic insight to deliver premier visual design solutions; • You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; • You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of user experience, visual design, and branding for digital products; • You can define opportunities as well as experience requirements by understanding individual business intricacies along with market opportunities and user needs; • You have experience creating innovative design concepts for digital products and marketing websites; • You are able to design wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to visualize the entire experience based on the defined user flows; • You can collaborate with front-end developers to oversee the design implementation and ensure the quality of the end product; • You possess strong written English skills, fluency in spoken English is preferred; • Your timezone is within a 2-hour range of CET.
