• Oversee operational, financial, and strategic performance across 6 to 8 dental practice locations generating $60M to $80M+ in annual revenue • Lead day-to-day operations, workflows, scheduling, resource allocation, KPIs, compliance, and best practices • Manage regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, financial plans, revenue cycle management, billing, collections, and payer relationships • Develop regional growth strategies covering patient acquisition, referral networks, marketing, community engagement, and patient conversion • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Lead Dentists to align business objectives with clinical excellence • Support clinical training, provider development, patient care initiatives, clinical KPIs, treatment protocols, and digital dentistry adoption • Lead and develop Practice Managers and regional operations teams through coaching and leadership training • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA • Build relationships with referring providers, insurance partners, and key stakeholders • Represent the organization at local healthcare and dental industry events and support community outreach initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or MHA preferred • 7+ years of leadership experience in multi-location healthcare, dental, or service-based industries • Proven ability to manage $60M+ in revenue with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence • Experience leading regional teams, driving sales strategies, and optimizing multi-site operations • Strong P&L management, financial acumen, and strategic execution • Ability to analyze business trends, market data, and operational performance • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of dental industry trends, compliance, and patient experience best practices • Must reside within the states of Oregon or Washington • Regional travel as needed
