📋 Description

• Lead teams who ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients. • Oversight of operations teams responsible for tasks and processes including:- Coordination and communication • Delivery and quality assurance: w/adherence to program guidelines • Project and/or process management • Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. • Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years relevant experience • 2+ years people management • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
