📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between program team and IT team to translate the business needs • Ensure the process workflow is seamless by participating in all phases of project life cycle • Responsible for supporting and driving the projects that they may support in the region • Program data management with ensuring the smooth reporting client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 year's experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Advanced experience with Excel (XLOOKUP, Power Query) • Experience with Salesforce • Experience with UAT testing
