📋 Description

• Define and own CI/CD pipeline standards across both platform and application work streams • Design and implement governance frameworks for developer desktop AI tools • Integrate delivery workflows with existing GitHub-based skills marketplace and wider DevOps toolchain • Embed automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks directly into all delivery pipelines • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks across 10-12 engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven DevOps leadership across multiple teams in an enterprise environment • Advanced GitHub Actions experience • Strong AWS DevOps experience • Experience governing developer tooling • Security and compliance integration within CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience with agentic editors (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) is a plus • Familiarity with skills marketplace, API catalogue, or developer portal governance
