📋 Description

• Understand the product strategy and real user needs to create consistent solutions. • Actively participate in the full product development process, from discovery to delivery. • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces alongside the squad and business areas. • Work in partnership with product managers and developers, influencing the experience from conception through execution. • Collaborate with areas such as data, marketing, and business to ensure user-centered design at all levels of the organization. • Facilitate co-creation sessions, workshops, A/B tests, and experiments focused on continuous improvement. • Propose improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation. • Contribute to strategic product decisions with a critical eye on usability and performance. • Monitor and translate user research into real opportunities to improve the product. • Act as a reference for the team, raising the design quality standard and strengthening a user-centered culture. • Co-create and evolve UX processes and the design system, promoting scalability in deliveries. • Prepare and present structured communications demonstrating progress, learnings, and explored paths.

🎯 Requirements

• Communicates clearly, organizes ideas well, and acts proactively in agile, collaborative environments; • Has an analytical and empathetic mindset, understanding user needs and business challenges; • Inspires and influences fellow designers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development; • Familiarity with B2B products, client onboarding, and complex solutions; • Experience in web interface design, prototyping, information architecture, and UX/UI best practices; • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Dovetail or similar; • Experience with user research, hypothesis validation, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision making; • Interest or experience with artificial intelligence and automation applied to the product.
