📋 Description

• Responsible for organization’s development, implementation, and on-going compliance with all applicable sections of the FCRA, state consumer reporting laws, federal and state DPPA compliance. • Manage daily compliance operations including consumer dispute resolution, full file disclosures, and report requests. • Oversee customer credentialing processes and maintain audit-ready documentation. • Partner with Legal and Global Compliance experts to align operations with FCRA, state, and international regulations. • Lead compliance investigations and work with Legal and Security on privacy or regulatory incidents. • Review new and existing product features for regulatory alignment. • Conduct internal and external audits, client due diligence, and compliance certifications. • Monitor and communicate regulatory changes, advising internal teams on needed updates. • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across compliance functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field • Mid career professional with program management experience in a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) or similarly regulated industry • Advanced FCRA certification (PBSA) required • Strong expertise in FCRA, dispute resolution, and consumer reporting processes • Working knowledge of global data privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA) and their operational impact • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection • Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
