📋 Description

• Create project documentation • Monitor processes • Conduct cost/benefit analysis • Document specifications and track requirements • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes • Evaluate and improve processes • Provide support services in areas needed to meet agency workload demands • Provide guidance on best practices, design sessions, and requirements documentation for new process rollouts • Lead process testing • Evaluate cost management and apply best practices using the Trimble platform • Assist with reporting and report cleanup • Create reports, report subscriptions, and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) • Experience creating new user accounts with appropriate permissions and performing account maintenance in the Trimble platform • Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) • Experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) • Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) • Experience providing new user basic training, workflow training, administration training, new features training, and process design • Experience providing guidance on best practices, design sessions, and requirements documentation for new process rollouts • Experience serving as the lead in process testing • Experience evaluating cost management and leveraging cost-management best practices using the Trimble platform • Experience providing reporting assistance and report cleanup • Experience creating reports, report subscriptions, and dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
