📋 Description

• Lead the Data team's backlog and prioritize the highest-value topics • Challenge requests, identify business stakes, and make clear trade-offs • Apply product methodology by defining problems, users, timing, and success measures • Evaluate post-delivery impact on business decisions • Serve as Product Manager for NAO, the company-wide AI and Data assistant • Drive NAO's rollout and continuous improvement by analyzing chat replays, understanding usage, testing and refining prompts, gathering business-unit feedback, and shipping new features • Provide Data Analysts with business context, problem definition, prioritization, and success criteria • Partner with the VP Product, Head of Data, Product organization, and four Data Analysts • Build the Data Product Manager position from scratch

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with Data and true Product DNA • Genuine technical curiosity and desire to dive deeper into AI • Willingness to engage hands-on with prompting, pushing MRs, and testing • Sharp business understanding, product vision, and technical agility • Assertiveness and leadership to challenge stakeholders, push Analysts, and stand by decisions • Comfortable building a brand-new role from scratch • Comfortable with trial and error and navigating ambiguity • Curiosity for Data and AI • Ability to turn problems into measurable outcomes
