📋 Description

• Own regional strategy and execution for the Americas • Lead annual and last-mile planning, including geographic structure, headcount, territory design, quota allocation, account assignment, coverage checks, ramp tracking, and mid-year adjustments • Own the Americas operating cadence, including forecast roll-ups and calls, pipeline and deal reviews, MBRs, and QBRs • Partner with sales and marketing leadership across demand generation, pipeline progression, conversion, closing, and expansion • Own regional performance management and analytics, including attainment, productivity, pipeline generation, conversion, slippage, and performance diagnosis • Resolve operational issues involving deals, compensation, systems gaps, and unexplained numbers • Translate field feedback into structured input for central teams and advocate for the region • Drive in-region adoption of CRM hygiene, methodology, stage discipline, and GTM tooling • Report to the VP, Revenue Operations and partner with Americas sales leaders and central planning, commercial, systems, data, and enablement teams • Lead a small inherited team while remaining hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sales operations, field operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM finance • Experience supporting a multi-segment field organization at scale • Genuine willingness to be hands-on • Deep pipeline and forecast discipline • Experience with territory design, quota allocation, coverage and capacity modeling, and ramp assumptions • Strong analytical skills • SQL fluency required • Hands-on familiarity with ClickHouse, Hex, or a comparable modern analytics stack • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce • Systems depth to design process changes and specify build requirements • Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred • Experience across more than one Americas motion, including strategic, enterprise, commercial, Latin America, or public sector • Familiarity with public sector procurement and partner-led transaction paths valuable • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable presenting to executives and running meetings with sales leaders • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
