📋 Description

• Map, measure and optimize the full acquisition funnel (leads → trial → subscription → activation); • Analyze and prioritize conversion bottlenecks and journey friction, proposing hypotheses and practical recommendations; • Design and monitor experiments (A/B tests) on plan pages, checkout and onboarding, measuring impact on conversion and revenue; • Conduct analyses of trial and activation behavior (cohorts, time-to-convert, first-value moment, early churn); • Support evaluation of campaign, channel and ICP performance; • Produce executive reports and performance narratives for strategic committees and the executive team; • Build dashboards and standardized metrics (Leads, Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), Early Churn, NMRR); • Support the evolution of the initial customer journey, prioritizing tests and insights that increase engagement in the first 90 days; • Ensure metric quality and consistency in partnership with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering; • Promote data-driven practices across VS, developing stakeholders who are more autonomous and metric-aware.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; • Experience in funnel analysis, experimentation and growth analytics; • Strong knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics (hypothesis testing, causality, regression, cohort analysis); • Practical experience with SQL and data analysis languages (Python or R); • Experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, etc.); • Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS); • Ability to translate technical results into business recommendations for non-technical audiences; • Good communication skills, ability to influence, and an integrated perspective across marketing and product; • Proactivity to propose hypotheses and conduct end-to-end analyses, with a sense of urgency and ownership. • Differentials: • Previous experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth or Product roles; • Experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses; • Experience with tracking and experimentation tools (e.g., PostHog, Segment, Amplitude, GA4); • Knowledge of conversion or activation propensity modeling (logistic regression, random forest, etc.); • Experience with A/B testing and causal methods (Diff-in-Diff, Uplift Modeling, PSM); • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, etc.); • Ability to create data-driven storytelling and influence strategic decisions.
