📋 Description

• Plan and run experiment sprints (ideation → implementation → measurement → learning) using frameworks such as ICE/PIE. • Build landing pages, microservices and mini-apps with AI and low-code tools; integrate with CRM and data sources. • Create AI-driven assistants/flows. • Orchestrate automations (capture → qualification → nurturing → handoff to sales) with low-/no-code tools. • Instrument events (GTM/GA4), define metrics (e.g., stage conversion rates, CAC/LTV, experiment velocity). • Run A/B and multivariate tests; ensure statistical validity and documentation. • Work closely with Content, Performance and Sales teams; scale successful experiments (handoff to Engineering/Product when necessary). • Ensure compliance with LGPD, data quality, and tag/consent compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Growth (rapid experiments, funnel, North Star, CAC/LTV, cohort/retention). • Proficiency with at least one low-code stack (e.g., v0, Lovable, Webflow/Bubble, Make/Zapier, Airtable/Notion) and integrations via APIs. • Experience with applied AI (prompting, basic RAG, use of LLMs/embeddings in real flows) and prototyping tools like n8n or Flowise. • Analytics: GA4, GTM, event definition, UTM, data reading and dashboard creation. • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/Python sufficient to tweak components and integrate scripts. • Quantitative reasoning, clear writing, and results orientation. • Plus: Experience running experiments in B2B SaaS and consultative sales journeys. • Knowledge of SQL and Python for ad-hoc analyses. • Familiarity with ABM, lead scoring and enrichment (Clearbit/custom algorithms). • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce). • Good technical SEO practices and page velocity optimization.
