📋 Description

• Act as the technical reference within the team, promoting organization, mentorship and best practices. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research focused on users' real needs. • Collaborate with engineering, product, data, marketing, support and customer success teams. • Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes with attention to usability, accessibility and visual consistency. • Plan and run concept tests, usability tests, fake-door tests, A/B tests and surveys. • Monitor experience metrics to guide data-driven improvements. • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of design decisions, backlog and processes. • Constantly pursue innovation and leverage AI to evolve products and processes. • Promote accessibility, inclusion and a results-focused mindset throughout the design process.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, working in high-autonomy, collaborative environments. • Strong mastery of UX/UI, usability, accessibility and agile methodologies. • Solid knowledge of visual language (color, typography, contrast, hierarchy). • Experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
