📋 Description

• Lead high-impact, end-to-end customer engagements delivering measurable outcomes through agentic automation • Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents • Align agent deployments with business priorities, operating constraints, and measurable success metrics • Lead discovery to identify high-value workflows for agentic automation and translate goals into delivery roadmaps • Advise on governance, risk controls, adoption strategy, ownership, escalation paths, monitoring, and change management • Own post-launch customer relationship management, monitor adoption and outcomes, coordinate stakeholders, and identify risks and expansion opportunities • Lead Certified Agent engagements from kickoff through launch with scope, timeline, and stakeholder management • Run process mapping, document requirements, and secure signoff on build packages • Optimize customer workspaces, including structure, permissions, templates, reporting, and operational hygiene • Configure Certified Agents and supporting workflows using prompting best practices and implementation standards • Build UAT plans and test cases, perform validation, and coordinate customer validation • Drive launch readiness, admin and end-user enablement, walkthroughs, and post-launch stabilization • Produce customer documentation including process maps, configuration rationale, use-case walkthroughs, and operating guidance • Establish and track KPIs for efficiency gains, error reduction, throughput, compliance, and ROI • Identify expansion opportunities and support additional agent use cases and workflow optimization • Support agent updates and periodic recertification • Improve delivery repeatability through templates, checklists, and playbooks • Mentor and enable consultants on Certified Agent delivery, prompting standards, and troubleshooting • Partner with Solutions, Support, Product/AI, and Integrations teams to resolve escalations and improve outcomes • Surface delivery insights and product gaps to inform roadmap, packaging, and services strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS (Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Technical CSM, or Technical Project/Program Management) • Experience delivering AI-enabled automation in production environments • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with strong project management and executive communication • Strong process mapping and solution design skills • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in workflow platforms, automation systems, and/or enterprise SaaS tools • Understanding of prompt design, guardrail configuration, and iterative optimization of AI-driven workflows • Strong facilitation skills for discovery workshops, design sessions, enablement trainings, and executive readouts • Excellent written communication and ability to produce requirements, plans, and customer-facing documentation • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize across multiple engagements, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and safe tool integration patterns • Experience configuring agents with structured memory, tool access, and external system integrations • Ability to diagnose and improve agent performance through structured iteration and evaluation • Experience with enterprise tooling and integrations such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, NetSuite, SAP, and iPaaS/middleware (bonus) • Change management experience (bonus) • Consulting background or enterprise Professional Services delivery (bonus) • PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent certifications (bonus) • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where based • ClickUp is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role
