📋 Description

• You are the central interface between the business units and IT, ensuring that all technical requirements align with business objectives. • You are responsible for analyzing and eliciting as well as evaluating technical and business requirements. • You develop solutions through data and process modeling and create specifications using various modeling techniques such as User Stories, Epics, BPMN, and domain data models. • You hand over requirements to the development team and support the entire development process — from clarifying open issues to quality assurance and testing. • You help build and continuously develop a team of Business Analysts. • You support sales by using your expertise to develop tailored solutions, contributing to long-term customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in collaboration between IT and business, and hold a university degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification. • You possess extensive knowledge in process capture, optimization, and modeling, as well as solid understanding of modern IT and agile project management methods. • You have deep know-how in writing User Stories and in supporting the software development process. • Experience in process modeling, ideally with Camunda, is an advantage. • You can communicate complex business and IT concepts clearly and competently, are able to work with customers and stakeholders on an equal footing, and can strategically classify their requirements. • You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
