📋 Description

• Develop and maintain data dashboards for baselining and highlighting best practices across states and sectors around climate tech policies. • Collect, analyze, and visualize data related to green-sectoral and climate tech startup ecosystems. • Collaborate with subnational government officials to define key data points and indicators. • Perform primary and secondary research to gather necessary data. • Create detailed, visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong understanding of database management, data warehousing concepts, statistical analysis, and modeling techniques. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with external stakeholders. • Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines. • Experience in conducting primary and secondary research to inform data analysis. • Proven experience of at least 3 years with data analysis and visualization tools. • Understanding of data governance and security practices. • Demonstrated experience of 2 years in developing and managing data dashboards or similar tools. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. • Previous experience in climate tech, sustainable energy, or related fields is preferred. • Familiarity with policy analysis and evaluation frameworks is a plus. • Experience working with government agencies or in a policy advisory role is desirable.
