📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. • Segment email lists based on target demographics and behaviors. • Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). • Develop and curate content for newsletters, ensuring relevance and value for the audience. • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality newsletters. • Analyze email marketing performance data to identify trends and insights. • Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness. • Assist in the development of email marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. • Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing and newsletter management. • Proficient in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and CRM systems. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
