📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategy for events, conferences, workshops, and outreach programs. • Work with internal teams to design event marketing materials, digital promotions, and attendee engagement campaigns. • Track event performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future events. • Support PR strategy and execution, including drafting press releases, media notes, and communication materials. • Coordinate media coverage for key organizational initiatives and events. • Monitor media and industry trends to identify PR opportunities and potential risks. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across events and public communications. • Collaborate with the content and digital teams to amplify event and PR activities on online platforms. • Assist in developing marketing collateral such as brochures, press kits, and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • 4 – 5 years of experience in event management, marketing communications, or public relations. • Proven track record in planning and executing events and handling media relations. • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and event management tools. • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
