📋 Description

• Lead both internal infrastructure and external product initiatives for AI capabilities in identity security. • Own core internal AI infrastructure—including load balancing, compliance automation, security monitoring, feedback systems, model routing, and fine-tuned models. • Own and evolve open-source AI platforms (e.g., MCP Server) and customer solutions within Iris AI. • Collaborate across engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver innovative product strategies. • Engage and align business leaders, tech teams, and customers on AI-powered capabilities. • Ensure products meet stringent compliance, governance, and security standards throughout the lifecycle. • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI protocols and multi-agent frameworks to deliver advanced identity security solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS. • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA). • Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and expertise in model fine-tuning and training. • Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience. • Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products. • Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle. • Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products. • Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences.
