📋 Description

• Develop protocols, including study design, sample size calculation, randomization, and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies • Provide statistical oversight and ensure quality and consistency with project requirements • Ensure statistical-analysis data are complete, accurate, and consistent • Ensure accurate and timely statistical input into reports and decisions • Validate analyses and explore alternative analysis strategies as needed • Apply statistical concepts and methodologies; identify and correct flaws in scientific reasoning and statistical interpretation • Ensure accuracy and consistency of statistical tables, figures, data listings, report text, and summary tables • Prepare statistical methods sections of reports and ensure adherence to report guidelines and project-wide consistency • Mentor peers on statistical methodology and train less experienced statisticians • Coordinate statisticians’ assignments and review work to deliver projects on time and with high quality

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field • PhD with 3-4 years of experience or MS with 5-7 years of experience • Experience in Oncology, Rare Disease, or Neuroscience would be advantageous • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate internally and with clients • Demonstrated understanding and insight in statistics, drug development process, and relevant FDA regulations • Pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry experience with clinical trials • Experience interacting with Regulatory Agencies, especially the FDA
