📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and address billing concerns • Ensure timely invoice payments • Conduct outbound calls regarding past-due balances and resolve them • Navigate negotiations and evaluate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential • Resolve customer invoice disputes and billing-related issues • Manage customer payments and remittances • Build trust with providers and healthcare executives through financial acumen • Explain billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures • Gather and relay feedback to improve billing systems and processes • Collaborate with internal teams on billing-related initiatives and trials

🎯 Requirements
