📋 Description

• Own the weekend quality control process for daily media reports and dashboards • Ensure every deliverable meets high standards of clarity, insight, and impact • Serve as a point of contact for client feedback • Collaborate to refine reporting strategy and align deliverables with evolving goals • Support special projects improving customer delivery systems, including engagement, feedback, and reporting workflows • Take on other high-priority assignments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex media coverage into clear, actionable insights • Ability to manage deadlines and juggle competing priorities • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow with a mission-driven team • Intense responsiveness and coachability • Some familiarity with the communications, media, or PR space • Bachelor's Degree • Availability for 5–10 hours per week on Saturday and/or Sunday
