📋 Description

• Design and ship Golang services within a high-performance distributed system • Move from system design to production-ready code, including clean code, test coverage, and documentation • Contribute to the React/Next.js frontend when it is the fastest way to deliver value • Work on payment infrastructure handling approximately $1M in monthly payouts • Build event-driven flows and real-time data processing • Mentor other engineers and raise the engineering bar as the team grows • Participate in screening call, pair programming session, system design session, engineering excellence, and part-time trial stages

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend experience • At least 3 years of mastery in Golang • Comfortable with high-performance distributed systems • Ability to navigate and contribute to a React/Next.js frontend • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis • GCP experience ideally • Architectural mindset and ability to move from system design to shipped code • High-bandwidth communication skills and ability to mentor others • Payment systems, event-driven architectures, or real-time data processing experience is a bonus
