• This is a remote position. • As an SDR, you will be instrumental in building the foundation of our sales pipeline and helping us expand our customer base. • You will identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. • Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify them, and move them through the sales funnel. • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Participate in ongoing sales training to improve your skills and sales effectiveness.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (required). • No prior experience required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects. • A self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented approach. • Ability to manage rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level, Salesforce, etc.) and phone systems for sales outreach. • Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
