• Manage the talent acquisition process for assigned roles. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to ensure role fit. • Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring cycle until closure. • Maintain high standards of professionalism and timely communication.
