• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management at a high-growth software company. • Proven ability to frame business problems, define success metrics, and connect operational improvements to strategic outcomes. • Expertise in product development tools (e.g., Productboard, Jira, Confluence) and experience implementing scalable workflows. • Strong understanding of Agile and lean methodologies, and how to apply them pragmatically. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior and executive audiences. • Demonstrated bias toward accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, providing clarity and direction in complex, fast-paced environments. • Strategic prioritization mindset — skilled at focusing on what matters most and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
